The Florida Equity and Growth Fund Regional Center LLC, is a limited liability company organized under the laws of the State of Florida, which has been approved and designated by the United States Citizenship and Immigration Service as a Regional Center within the Immigrant Investor Pilot Program to assist immigrants who wish to earn permanent residence rights under the EB5 Visa Program.
Maximize the economic impact of capital invested in Florida by providing opportunities for: 1. immigrants to the United States seeking EB5 Visas and 2. citizens of the United States, to invest in commercial enterprises that increase economic activity through: increased exports, improved regional productivity, job creation or increased domestic capital investment.
On January 9, 2009 the Department of Homeland Security’s Immigration and Naturalization Service designated the Florida Equity & Growth as a Regional Center under the Immigrant Investor Pilot Program to invest EB5 Visa investor funds. This program allows immigrants to apply for permanent residence rights including immediate family, if they invest at least $1 million in a commercial enterprise (only $500,000 in a “targeted employment area”) that creates 10 jobs. 10,000 visas are set aside for this EB5 Visa Program annually; 5,000 of these are set aside for Regional Centers, regardless of national origin of the immigrant. The 10 job requirements for those that use our Regional Center is reduced to as few as 4.
