USCIS has not yet revealed what this fee will be. In other areas of US immigration, premium processing costs an additional $1,225.00.
The premium processing fee can be found on the USCIS website. This guarantees petitioners a processing fee within 15 calendar days. If their petition is not processed during that time the petitioner will be refunded his or her money.
There have been rumors that the premium processing for EB-5 will cost $3,500.00 however, that has not been reported or confirmed by USCIS.
There is no Premium Processing available for EB-5 petitions.
This does not exist as of this writing (Dec. 12, 2011).
