The fee will increase by $900 dollars from $2,850 to $3,750 on November 23, 2010. Biometrics fee will increase only $5 from $80 to $85.

It should be noted that the biometrics fee of $85 must be paid for each conditional resident dependent listed under Part 3 or Part 4 of Form I-829.
