By providing us with a summary of your EB5 Regional Center project and your accredited investors questionnaire, and other forms that you require, we can pre-qualify investors for suitability in your project.
Once they pass the evaluation we can perform additional analysis for the investor to help them determine which project best meets their immigration and investment goals.
This introduction will help each Center establish a relationship with the potential investor allowing them to offer operating agreements under the SEC’s Regulation D and Rule 502(c) guidance.

To list your EB-5 project for investment please register and send us the project information. Project descriptions need to be general and non-specific (no mention of project titles, names, or location) to ensure compliance with Regulation D, rule 502(c).
Once we have established that the foreign nationals are accredited, suitable clients, with which we, or an immigration attorney that we recommend, has a substantial pre-existing relationship, we will then release information on projects that they can then use to evaluate and select which might be the most appropriate for investment.
Please consult with your securities counsel before releasing any information regarding your offering to make sure that our procedures meet with your requirements regarding the release of information to suitable clients.
