The Immigration Law Center has focused on businesses and investors since 1988. It provides comprehensive legal services related to EB-5 Program, investors, regional center applications, and internal regional center adminstration and operation. Boyd Campbell serves as vice president and general counsel to America's Center for Foreign Investment (ACFI), the largest regional center in the United States, and provides guidance to ACFI as well as seven other active regional centers in the United States and overseas investor recruiting firms.
