Alfredo Lozano is the Senior Attorney at The Lozano Law Firm, PLLC, a full service immigration law firm with offices in San Antonio, TX (head office), and San Angelo, TX.  Mr. Lozano received his Juris Doctorate (law) degree from Texas Southern University School of Law in Houston, Texas and his Bachelor of Business Administration degree from The University of Texas at San Antonio.  He is a Board Certified in Immigration and Nationality Law by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization.  

He is a member in good standing of the Bar of the State of Texas and is admitted to practice in the U.S. District Court's of Southern District, Western District and the 5th Circuit Court of Appeals.  Immigration law being federal law, allows Mr. Lozano to help family and corporate clients all over the United States and worldwide. He is a member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association (AILA), the Federal Bar Association, the San Antonio Bar Association, and the Bar Association of the Fifth Federal Circuit. 

Mr. Lozano not only has the experience in immigration law, he has also personally lived through the process and fully understands the importance of teaching his clients what to expect during the entire application process.  Alfredo advises both US based and foreign corporations plan their immigration strategies. His practice takes him around the United States and worldwide where he assists businesses and individuals with their immigration needs. He is also considered a Consular Processing Expert and assists individuals at various worldwide US Embassies. With years of immigration experience, he is involved in all facets of immigration law, his area of concentration lies in business immigration, family and business consular prcocessing, million dollar green cards, Regional Center green cards, L1, E2, TN, and H-1B visas and complex appeals.

He has been interviewed many times by local and international newspapers on immigration issues.  He writes monthly immigration columns for various print and online magazines.
