 Attorney Yuri Tsyganov, born and raised in the Russian Federation, is proficient in written and spoken Russian. He received dual Bachelor’s degrees in Political Science and Russian from Rutgers University. He then went on to receive his Juris Doctorate from Nova Southeastern University, Shepard Broad Law Center. Mr. Tsyganov is experienced in all areas of the U.S. Immigration and Nationality Act including business, investor, employment and family based immigration, as well as deportation defense in immigration court. Mr. Tsyganov assists both foreign and domestic companies as well as private individuals with solutions to their complex immigration related legal issues. He is experienced in working with both individual (stand-alone) and regional center based EB-5 Foreign Investment projects and is also closely involved in the South Florida Russian community.
