She possesses special expertise in EB5 investment immigration petitions (both traditional EB5 and those through regional centers), E-2, EB1, EB2, EB3, L-1, and H1b. Ms. Gongsun has developed a series of methods in confirming EB5 investors’ source of funds which would substantially simplify the process and obtain success. In addition, many U.S. developers and business owners have sought her counsel in connection with using the EB-5 program to raise capital for investment projects. Ms. Gongsun’s counsel has included applications to designate new regional centers; applications for pre-approval of projects within regional centers; having projects adopted by existing regional centers; and purchasing designated regional centers. Being primarily a litigator in the early years of her career, Ms. Gongsun has represented many business entities in complex civil and commercial litigations, both in the State and Federal level.
