He is specialized in investment and business immigration. He runs the Law Offices of Kyung-Won Yi in Fullerton and Irvine in California and The Namu Consultancy in Vancouver, Canada. He also serves as of counsel at Lee & Kong in Seoul, Korea.  In his unique career, Mr. Yi served as the head of international legal group at Samsung and as the associate general counsel at Procter & Gamble. Yi Kyung-Won (이경원 변호사)

Mr. Yi is a member in good standing of the State Bar of California and also a Certified Public Accountant in the State of Delaware. He received his law degrees both in Korea and the United States. He wrote various law review articles and also authored a Korean version of Product Liability in the United States: A Primer for Manufacturers and Their Employees in conjunction with Perkins Coie Product Liability Practice Group.
