Tara L. Vance is a corporate transactional attorney and a member of the firm's International and Cross Border Transactions Group. She is experienced in domestic and cross-border mergers and acquisitions and general corporate matters. In addition, Ms. Vance represents corporate clients and their employees in a wide variety of business immigration matters, and also assists clients with certain family-based immigration matters.
Ms. Vance advises clients on establishing business entities in the U.S. and assists with strategic planning for bringing employees to the U.S. to work and employing foreign nationals following a merger or acquisition. Ms. Vance advises foreign and domestic start-up companies, mid- and large-size entities, and non-profit organizations in obtaining immigrant and non-immigrant visas and with related compliance issues.
