Post Memo AAO Decisions

I came across some very recently posted AAO Decisions dated in 2013. Two Regional Center Decisions apply and interpret concepts from the May 30, 2013 Memo. Several I-526 Decisions were also posted BUT they are all date in April 2013 and the Memo was inapplicable. WOW, can you ever tell the difference!
