Regarding "Affiliation"

 I have seen folks mistakenly believe that they could offer a project to alien investors as EB-5 qualifying and include indirect jobs merely by virtue of being physically located inside the boundaries of a Regional Center even though the folks making the offering had absolutely NO CONNECTION with the folks who actually filed for and obtained Regional Center Designation.  It does NOT work that way. I help developers decide whether seek such affiliation or seek their own Regional Center Designation instead. I help potential EB-5 investors ferret out these non-qualifying EB-5 offerings whether from con artists or incompetent individuals or groups. I help Regional Centers determine if the projects brought to them are a ready fit or if they "need some work" and an "amendment". I help RCs and their new project partners prepare joint Dummy I-526s accompanying an amendment to their "scope".
