Newly Released EB-5 Decisions

USCIS has posted some additional EB-5 Administrative Decisions on its website (category B-7). Although dated in January 2011, I only ran across them on June 15, 2012. I have not had time to digest them yet. I have attached one MTR dismissal and appended the earlier referenced AAO appeal dismissal.
