Made in Chinatown, U.S.A.?

Here is a concept I wish someone would seriously consider.  Since so many Chinese want to invest in the U.S. how about somebody increase employment in the U.S. by  creating more manufacturing jobs for Chinese-Americans?  It could even be a cooperative/collaborative effort. Perhaps do a portion of processing in China and leave the final assembly and packaging  for the U.S.-based workers.  It’s just an idea.
