Lessons Learned from Victorville

Attached is one last comment on the Victorville saga.  They filed a Voluntary Dismissal on February 8, 2012, before USCIS could file anything further and it means that the District Court will not issue a Decision.  The AAO's december 21, 2011, Affirmance of the CSC Termination is the end of the tale except for commentary such as the attached.
