TECHNICAL CORRECTIONS ARE NOT MATERIAL CHANGES:
Certain RFEs ask for specific changes to documents in order to get them in good shape. Certain "technical corrections" to deal documents might even require some agreements to be executed anew. In the old days, during the "Culture of NO!" at CSC, even minor technical corrections were labeled "impermissible material changes". I view this newer willingness as a good thing in general but still have concerns as to how far it can be stretched before it breaks and "snaps back: in our faces.
