1,000 Families from Around the World Choose to Invest in Civitas EB-5 Projects
Civitas EB-5 Capital announces today that more than 1,000 families from overseas have invested in the company's EB-5 projects. Since its founding in 2009, Civitas has successfully subscribed more than 20 funds, investing in a diverse range of projects from hotels and multifamily to assisted living facilities for underserved senior citizens.
The EB-5 Program was created by Congress in 1990 to stimulate the U.S. economy through job creation and capital investment by foreign investors. In return for a minimum investment of $500,000 and provided that job creation requirements are met, investors are eligible for permanent U.S. residency.
