Remember that case in New Orleans where disgruntled unsuccessful EB-5 investors filed a ton of allegations against the operators of the Noble Outreach organization running the New Orleans Regional Center? Well, it was eventually thrown out of court for lack of jurisdiction. That dismissal is attached to this posting. It is not very long.
